For planning your vacation, we have produced maps that show Pollen loads in Europa in different time periods. These maps show measured pollen counts from the past 10-15 years, based on records from over 300 pollen-monitoring stations in Europe.
Per month you can find three maps that show you the potential pollen loads. The representations are weighted according to severity of the expected allergic symptoms. White areas show parts of Europe where there is no risk from a particular pollen type, green represents areas with low amounts of a certain pollen type, and yellow to dark red marks areas with increasing pollen loads from moderate to very high. Click on the map to zoom in.

The Austrian pollen information service (www.pollenwarndienst.at) provides in co-operation with the DWD (German Weather Service; www.dwd.de) and ZAMG (Zentralanstalt für Meteorologie und Geodynamik www.zamg.ac.at) a pollen forecast in your region for the next three days.
